
✅ A one-time payment of $2,000 is required for the VA matching service only. This fee covers the sourcing, screening, and matching of a suitable Virtual Assistant and does not include the VA’s salary, ongoing management, or any additional services unless otherwise stated.
✅ Matching the Client with one (1) trained VA from the Company's hiring pool based on the Client's stated role requirements
✅ Initial VA profile review and vetting within the Company's standard process
✅ Onboarding support to help the Client and VA get started (introductory call, basic onboarding checklist, or documentation as offered)
✅ One (1) replacement opportunity if the original VA is unavailable or does not meet the agreed role scope, provided that the request for replacement is made within thirty (30) days from the VA’s official start date.
